Two of Amy's friends and former colleagues from the pharmaceutical sales days came over for lunch.
The guy is a computer geek so he was looking at my faulty laptop (confirmed hardware prob, so he'll take it to his mate in the computer selling street)
Best of the lunch was the lotus root (circles with holes) fried with pork mince. Couldn't get enough of them. Ollee too.
Amy's 70+ mum is an excellent cook. Amy helped out today. Nice to see mother and daughter bonding together in the kitchen ;-)
