Pants adjusted for $1.20

I brought some pants over with me for the sole purpose of getting the hems taken up. Did this with another pair recently in civic and it cost me around $15 ?!

So here you can get it done in the department store immediately after a purchase. I took mine in. there was a long line. But after measuring up and handing them over, done in 15 mins for a converted cost around $1.20 (8 RMB Chinese).
